Solution
Protocol for coating wells with fibrinogen for cell adhesion
1. Dilute fibrinogen to 10 ug/ml in 0.05 M Na Phosphate, 0.15 M NaCl, pH 7.4 (PBS).
2. Sterile filter coating solution.
3. Coat wells and incubate at 4C overnight.
4. Wash wells three times with PBS.
5. Plate cells.
